The Bernese Breed

Temperament:
Berners are an intelligent, loyal, and loving dog breed. They are quick to pick up on new training because of their desire to please and their quick minds. They are calm, gentle, and sweet with all, including children. Berners can be a part of the active lives of their owners but also enjoy plenty of time napping! Bernese Mountain Dogs are completely devoted and loving toward their own families yet can be shy and aloof with strangers. When properly socialized, Berners can be very friendly and interested in anyone they meet!

Size:
Bernese Mountain Dogs are big! They measure anywhere from 23-28 in in height and 70-110 lbs in weight.
